Sometimes i wonder if there are dumber laws in other countries than in Belgium.Well, it seems i have to answer affirmative to that: The Dumb Network has a section on dumb laws, some more hilarious than others.
One (1!) of my favorites was this one:
No pig may be addressed as Napoleon by its owner.
Vive la France !
Belgium:

or
